They've told me exercise lightly will help so I think using the loo will be ok

Tbh I'm enjoying walking more than sitting. And sitting more than getting up which really is a bit of a bogger at the moment.

My work gets done whether I'm there or not because Steven or Nathan go in and do it, both on the books so they get paid and are insured properly. My employer is a bit of a gem, as long as works done and she knows who is on site she's happy.
