Re: Do you like where you live?

I love where I live , I am in a tiny hamlet right at the end of a no through lane. I open the door and I am straight into the fields. Its a perfect place for keeping dogs thought a little muddy.

I am only a couple of minutes from a small town with good shops and a Theatre.

Lovely pics Meg and VM

VM - fab old mill? I assume. Is it all residential now? Do you have private outdoor space? Bet you have lovely views over the river

My house is among this lot, though actually not pictured here. Pic taken from one of my many dog-running fields

I love where I live-I live in a bungalow and my next door neighbours are my friends-we don't intrude in each others lives but are there if any us of needs help. I am about 5 mins from town centre-10 mins by car to some beautiful countryside where I go walking. Will not be moving from here.

What a lovely idea to post pics! You all live in some interesting scenic places. Here's a pic of my row house, on the right...hard to see the house itself with all the greenery!

Re: Do you like where you live?

I live in Croydon, which is fairly built up. However, there are some wonderful walks literally minutes away, and, as I drive, the coast is only 45 mnutes away too. The town is great for shopping, banking etc. very convenient, but......

Would I move to the country?

In a heartbeat........
