All of my friends are blokes, all ex military, no civilians. I have enough females in my life, wife, daughter and two bloody attractive and intelligent granddaughters, who spoil me and keep my head straight. A pretty good mix I think.

It depends what I'm talking about.
If it's a very personal issue which concerns family, health or how much money I have or haven't got, etc., I can usually talk to my wife about it.

Other things I can have a great conversation with my best mates about as my wife wouldn't be interested. Sometimes I'll talk to them about not being able to talk to my wife as well.

About equal amounts of both, as im not looking for a relationship it presents no problems with the lady friends i have. One thing in common is they enjoy aa bit of banter.
