I eat soft boiled eggs. I make scrambled eggs and leave them quite runny. I make my own mayonnaise with raw egg and oil. I have partly boiled runny yolks eggs on top of cooked spinach.
I also make a pudding with raw eggs in that you "cook" overnight in the fridge. A salad isnt a salad without boiled eggs in it, the same with sandwiches. Never been ill from eating eggs.

I think the health advice is for people who are medically more at risk
I know I wasn't allowed to eat raw eggs whilst pregnant
