Going out for the day with friends. T is going to a masquerade ball - so we are on a mission to find a costume! Could take sometime - but should be fun.

It's decidedly cooler in East Yorks today.

Visit to the doc's today for three different ailments. Request some blood tests, ask about TRT and get my ears sorted out. Nothing to be worried about.

Good morning and a happy summer solstice to you all.

Clear blue sky here but with a cold north westerly which is forecast to last all day.

A trip to the vet this morning just for a final check up following Alfie's problem a couple of weeks ago. He seems back to normal now apart from not being able to wag his tail above the horizontal so looks like some permanent damage there, but if he is not in pain and he is able to carry on as normal then that is good enough for me.

Other than that my Mum is visiting for lunch and I'm going to attempt to make a risotto, wish me luck....

It's going to be another warm one here today. Yesterday reached 32°c.

Good Morning All

Taking a friend car hunting today, his has died, a terminal case of rust.

He only has £3k to buy, insure and tax it, age 26 with 6 points on his licence.

He wants a BMW, a fast one.

This will be fun, Oh to be young again.

Good morning everyone a beautiful day sunny but not too warm. The perfect day to dry washing so I will be taking full advantage of it

I have left my new potatoes too long before digging them up and they are huge such a shame, I did a test dig 2 weeks ago and there were none on the plant, I must have picked the wrong plant.
Potato salad for lunch with herbs from the garden along with other salads. I am now the weight I was before I had my son 40 years ago so my small healthy meals are paying off.
