Stress

How come, stress shows on some peoples faces, but, not on others?

It affects some people more than others - also - some people are brought up to not show emotions in public.

Re: Stress

Some people thrive on stress so we don't see it. Others such as me wear stress on our faces. Either way, stress kills

Stress indeed is not good. I don't do stress, not anymore.
I do breathing through stressful situations.

I think the answer, Spitty, is because we all handle stress differently.

Sometimes I envy these types. I’m an emotional person and my emotions show.

I agree completely. Life would be really boring if we were all the same.

Re: Stress

I was born stressed it is just part of my life, I probably would miss it if it went away.

Re: Stress

If l get stressed, it sometimes results in a migraine with aura.

During my working life we were sent on Stress related courses and we were told that some stress is good for you.
The thing is, l never got stressed when l worked. It’s since l’ve retired, with more time to think about things!!

I agree, Mups is right. People handle stress differently, some seem to thrive on it and treat it like a challenge while others can make themselves very ill with stress.
