I have one every year but I've got to wait this year until after my hysterectomy which I'm having next month. I must get my hubby to book in for one for himself (we both usually pay to have one although I can have one on the NHS at the surgery as I'm a carer for my Mum who is 92).

We had ours today, there was a large continuous queue, it seems more are having it this year than ever.
So far so good, no heavy arm or after effects yet.
I even went to archery this afternoon.
