My US friend won't be pleased: she was 100% behind Clinton.

I just put the TV on and said, "Omg!"
Then I probably would have done the same if Clinton had won!
I feel sorry for those who will loose Obamacare!
The rest got what they wanted so tough!

I have a lot of internet American friends.

Most in America supported Trump.

The ones living in the UK most supported Clinton.

Biased reporting by the UK??? maybe.

I think the Voting turnout will be a record for modern times.

So Donald Trump is President? It makes an interesting comparison with The Referendum result.

Hi

Apologies if I did not make myself clear.

Trump has said that he will not push Putin, Clinton said she would.

I was merely pointing out that if it came to War with Russia, we would be first in line simply because we are the main USA base in Europe.

Surely these are old Cold War feelings .
Why would Putin take on the free world ?

My friend in the US isn't an internet one. I've known her since I was not long out of school. Or I might even still have been at school! It's that long ago.

I don't consider Mr Trump to be despicable at all.
He has just orchestrated the USA's version of Brexit and allowed the people a greater say in their own destiny.
Love him or hate him, the world has got him and we will have to live with his triumphs....and his mistakes.

Hi

Trump is a vote against the Political Elite, no different to our Referendum.
