Just had some crackers and cheese and mini cheese and pickle pork pie with two slices of rare roast beef

Tea later will be liver slices with fried onions and broccolli and carrots

Cheeseburger for lunch.
Spag bol ready meal for supper, and will cook one or two hash browns. Expecting a workman at 7 for a quote so I can't cook a leisurely meal, a nice one.

Got a half leg of lamb in the oven will do it with mashed potatoes and broccoli I think.

Ahhhh - 'our' Rachels on the mend and eating properly again. Now a big bowl of stew or a sausage casserole with lots of onions and garlic for lunch or dinner will see you right as rain again.
