Mediterranean Diet

Anyone keeping to this diet? Any reactions, positive or negative?

As I have been diabetic for ten years, but my last MOT numbers were good, it might be an idea to change.....given I have a pretty good diet, monitored by Mrs Dobra.

Re: Mediterranean Diet

I was told by the cardiac sister that the Mediterranean diet was a good way of eating for people who have had heart attacks also for diabetics. I dont actually fully follow the diet but have made some changes to bring myself more in line with it.

I have found that I am pretty good with my eating if I am busy with lots to do. Its when I am bored or annoyed or upset that I struggle with my eating habits. Comfort eating I realised.
