Whilst no worse than their immediate neighbours they are certainly no better.
Some people , for some reason, would exonerate them from blame for anything or get plain snarky and go into a snit.

Questioning Israel’s right to exist or demonizing Zionism, its founding ideology, as uniquely evil is not a “criticism of Israel.” It’s anti-Semitism masquerading as a political critique.
It's a cheap trick used to sound reasonable while slandering a group—in this case, the Jews.

The Syrians needing treatment are not the civilians in the battle zones, as they are being or have basically been held captive. It's the rebels , and it's well known . No roads out of those enclaves for the civilians.

Clearly humanitarianism meshed with tactical necessity in it's purist form.
Whilst the war against terrorism takes a backseat. Even indirectly aids it.
How many of those Al-Qaeda kindly treated by Israel went back to the warzone to murder innocent civilians?
They have their blood on their hands.
It pays to keep an impartial balanced view when considering the atrocities that all ME countries inflict upon each other in their ceaseless warring.

Facts .Israel is only deporting single adult males.
Children families and retired people may stay in Israel .
Therefore the solution is easy who wants several hundred young single adult African males living in their community?
If the answer is no it would be hypocritical to condemn Israel .
