Make suet pastry - roll out flat with rolling pin, lay strips of (streaky) bacon on the pastry. Spread Sage & Onion and parsley & thyme stuffing mix over the bacon. Pick up edge of pastry and roll it all into a sausage shape. Wrap in either pastry cloth or foil and tie with string to ensure its water tight. Place in saucepan/steamer and boil (for approx 90 mins).
Serve with boiled potatoes, cabbage, carrots and peas and pour rich gravy over it - enjoy - bon appetite!!!
