The best Black pudding ive ever had came from Scotland, my marra had orders when he ventured north to bring back a supply. Great until my FIL found out and used to nab half of my supply.

Haven't had a good fry up breakfast for some weeks, not really sure why, just generally eating healthier. Now very tempted to have one tomorrow !

We were away for a couple of days last week and had a cooked breakfast and yes it had to include black pudding. I do prefer it cooked a bit more than it was but was good all the same.

I like black pudding, but not the sort that has lots of big lumps of fat.

I believe the Germans have a sort of blood pudding, but I've never tried it so don't know how it compares. We're going there in June, so may give it a try to find out.
