Premium bond win

Good news today I won 2 premium bond prizes
..not so good news, they were only worth £25 each

Oh well, when the envelopes arrived the anticipation of a big prize was nice while it lasted.

Now what shall I spend it on any suggestions.....

Re: Premium bond win

My bonds have given me a better return on my money this year than any other savings options. OK only got £75 in £25 lots but for the investment put in all I can say is for me not a bad return.

Biggest win was £500 back in the 1980's

I can beat that Cranberry, I bought some from the first year and have never had a win. It was only £10 worth but that was nearly a week's wage in those days.

I bought some the early 60s. 1965 I had £100 and a £50 win and nothing since. My grandmother used to win almost every month!
