Weight loss aids.

I think we all know the best way to lose weight is a combo of diet and exercise.
But there are still some crazy lose-weight-quickly gimmicks out there.

This one really cracked me up - caffeine-induced underwear!

I guess it's kind of sad that there are people who believed it.

Yeah, they do.
I guess if you're desperate enough, you'll believe anything.
Sad.

The only real weight loss aid that works is willpower - and we all have some of that, who needs gimmicks?!

Tired of being a `fatty`? Do you cover up on the beach? Are you worried about your health?

Well I have the answer. Yes for just £1000 I can offer a three day course that is guaranteed to help you lose weight.

small print-you get to do all my gardening and house work in return for water and the odd slimming cracker.

I thought there was a tablet that had come out this year or last and it did help people lose weight ,? Not sure if it was only prescribed by doctors or you could get it over the counter.

Caffeine induced underwear?
OMG - that has to be the wackiest I've ever seen!!

My waistbands were getting a bit tight recently so I went on the 5/2 diet for a month. It worked fine - I lost about 5 lbs. Somehow, knowing you can eat what you like the next day encourages you to stick to the 500 cal slimming days.

I do sometimes wonder what people think fatties do all day, my husband was his heaviest when he was doing a milkround for 17 years, and working on a building site on a sunday. He lost weight not by exercise but cutting right down on food. Has a green shake in the morning, another at lunch time and a light no carb meal in the evening.

I lost weight by cutting out sugar and carbs and increasing my walking, had always done several physical jobs everyday, cleaning other people's homes or offices.

Neither of us were lazy and not even doing housework.
