What a difference a job makes.

A week ago our eldest son, who's been out of full-time work for almost a year now, came round after the latest knock-back on the verge of a breakdown.

However, on Monday he got a 'phone call to do some temp work for Argos - what a transformation!

He's had a whole week's work and the difference in him is unbelievable.

He's also got a possible job interview where I worked for three years, which could be ideal for him.

It's a major Government establishment near MK and I know for a fact that they prefer ex-Forces, which he is, so we are really hoping that something comes of this or the Argos job becomes more permanent.

He really needs a break. stevmk2

Best of luck to your son and all credit to him for his ambitions. I'd love a job myself, and every week I cross my fingers something turns up from one of the jobs I have applied for, but nothing yet. There's always next week though.
