Happy Sunday Folk.

Taken yesterday on the river Nene at Islip. There were 17 cygnets with 4 adults
.Our 2 children and their partners are coming to dinner this evening so it will be all systems go today.

Good morning all, overcast at the moment with the threat of light rain but hopefully will brighten later.

Another trip to the tip for me first thing with yet another ten bags from the new garden, although it is starting to look a lot better now that we've cleared most of the overgrowth. The previous owners weren't avid gardeners apparently, and subsequently it was a bit of a jungle....

I don't think we are going to have such a glorious hot day as we did yesterday. No major plans - just a chill-out Sunday, to include roast beef, for the first time in ages, and checking on the progress of the cricket Test, which is not going terribly well thus far.
