Handy Guide To Portion Sizes ;-)

We are apparently useless at working out portion sizes. All I know is they are definitely wrong with that chocolate portion .

That's useful Val it is more more or less what I eat without the cake and chocolate because I am a good girl and prefer fruit or nuts anyway

Me too. No sweet tooth for me, never buy sweets or chocs, only eat them if they're a gift and mostly pass. Guess it's a genetic thing?

Ruth I think having a diabetic father had an effect on me, we used to peel and share a grapefruit and I acquired a taste for the sour and the savory.
