Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.(CFS).

I have cfs and it causes me a lot of problems.I get through each day by starting my day using acupressure.Basically its gently rubbing various pressure points.

I use a technique called "Faster E.F.T" each day to improve my overall health and emotional wellbeing too.Great way to reduce stress and be better for it.

I've had the technique Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) over the years.Another great way to get rid of emotional issues.

If you have chronic fatigue you're welcome to compare notes.

Sorry to hear that Aussie. How long have you had the condition?

Out of interest, what is your daily diet like?

I've had it since 2000. I look after myself.

Hi Julie1962.

I'm trying to figure out what caused this.In the meantime the things I'm doing are reducing the severity of it.
