Corbyn re-elected

So Jeremy Corbyn, as expected, has been confirmed as Labour party leader with a slightly increased majority. Somehow I don't think it will be the healing moment in the Labour party that they so desperately need, but rather even more likely to precipitate a complete split, so diverse are the doctrines of the warring factions
More stormy waters ahead methinks.....

Re: Corbyn re-elected

Apparently Labour's 'rank and file' have given overwhelming support to Jeremy Corbyn which has allowed hin to increase his majority (61.8%) compared to last year's election (59.5%).

Despite his calls for unity, I wonder if we shall now see a lot of 'blood letting' or splits.

Re: Corbyn re-elected

Well, for me, it's just made Labour totally unelectable and binnable.

I imagine he'll be out with his long knives next.

Idiots re-elect an idiot as leader ... Excellent news.
I would imagine that will seal the fate of the Labour Party for many years to come.

Re: Corbyn re-elected

Hi

We need an active opposition to any Government in power.

That will not happen with Corbyn in charge.
