Dating advice from our ladies, please.

OK, I'd like some advice if possible.

Romantic dates aren't what I like, at least not until I know them a bit better

So, for a first date:

I much prefer fun and laughter, a relaxed atmosphere that's not too serious.

So ladies, is it

1) a day out at somewhere like Alton Towers, being a kid for a day followed by fish and chips in paper?

Or

2) a walk in the country and a nice meal in a restaurant?

Or

3) other

Other! There is nothing that woos me more than someone either reciting, or even better writing poetry. Forget flowers and chocolates - a lovely romantic verse. I could write you one if you wish.
Find a nice quiet place to take her, then woo her socks off.
Sorry not much help with the venue.

Good grief - some of the rides at Alton Towers could give a person a heart attack!!

I'd definitely go for the walk in the country followed by a nice meal -providing the lady likes walking of course.
