Yes, to music, I recommend 'Bolero' slow start building to a crescendo, resulting in a 10 from all the judges and total exhaustion of the contestants.

It is over rated, you're right ... gymnastics like that make me think of breaking hips and sprained knees now.
It's safest to have a missionary attitude to all this.
