Something I always wanted !

Well now I really can't wait for the summer, Jordan came home yesterday, lovely surprise and brought with him a pressie for me. A big chimenea ! I've always fancied one longing looked at them in garden centres. They've all laughed at me saying what do you want one of them for, well I've got one now

Anyone else a chimenea fan ? I'm looking at recipes I can cook in it, best woods for the task oh this is going to be fun

I didn't realise you could cook in one of them! I thought they were just to keep you warm outside on a chilly evening!

I have a cast iron chimenea strictly for heating purposes, bung some charcoal in it, get it lit and away you go.

Note to Julie. Charcoal could damage you chimenea if it's made of clay as it burns too hot and could cause it to crack.
