Funny this should come up, I was only talking to someone yesterday about having some reflexology.I know a lot of people don't like it, but I have always liked my feet touched, even as a kid. I remember my Nan used to tickle my feet and I used to lay on the floor with my feet up on her lap for more. Weird kid.

I love having my feet massaged. As a diabetic, I have to make sure that the skin on my feet doesn't dry out so I massage them with a good moisturizing cream every time they are washed.Also, if you have stiff ankle joints, try raising you foot, whilst sitting on a chair, and write the letters of the alphabet, in the air, with your toes every day. That was recommended by a diabetes nurse, because it helps with circulation and movement of the ankle.
