It is nice to say "thank you"

It is always nice to say thank you when someone does something nice for you. I know a lady who lives up the street from me, she always sends a thank you card to anyone who does something for her. She never misses, even if it is something so simple, she lets everyone know she appreciates it.

Don't you think that is a lovely way to be?

I had something rather nice done for me today by Uncle Joe. He sent me a recipe that his mother used to make for him.
How considerate is that? Thanks Uncle Joe, that was very sweet of you and I am glad we are friends..

Oh Arty my beautiful friend, I am so sorry. I did send you one but something happened. Apparently you are only allowed 50 messages stored in the inbox, then you have to delete them.

I didn't know how that worked and I didn't realize that the messages were not going out....and I had been doing a quite a few messages because of a situation I had today....so then I got confused and didn't know which ones went out and which ones didn't. I couldn't see well enough to some of the smaller print.....

Gosh Arty, please forgive me and thank you so very much for that lovely private message you sent. My eyes are still giving me a bit of a problem because I have an infection in one at the moment, but it is healing and I can see quite well.

I am grateful to you Art for caring. Thank you for bringing it to my attention or I would never have known....

I am also grateful for your friendship....and I love your interesting posts.

I always send Thank You cards out.

Every time my Friend and I send each other Birthday or Christmas present we always send a Thank you card, its just being polite.

thanks for asking about my eyes Susie, they are getting better and better. I still have an infection in one, but it is coming along.
