Hi

Good Morning All.

Another warm day forecast.

A busy day today.

Car to be dropped off for MOT, then my first big session for EMDR for my PTSD.

Morning everyone, overcast here but forecast to brighten again later.

Mrs. B has got tests at the hospital this morning so I'm being left in charge of the dogs and waiting in for a parcel. Exciting beyond words....

Good Morning All
Today I have two medical appointments, which rather messes up the day as they are spaced far enough apart to limit what I can do.

I have a lovely morning planned looking after my little grandson ...can't wait

It's misty here this morning I know though that just a few hundred yards up the hill it will be clear, I often get mists in the morning from the river....usually means we will have a warm day....hope so

I do hope that goes well for you, Swimmy, there have been good reports of EMDR treatments.

Good morning all.

Seems a few of us have hospital appointments today. Mine is about the trochanteric bursitis in my thigh. They want me to start on physio for it as I can't have any more steroid injections..

This afternoon I plan a swim with my daughter..

Good morning Everyone!

Sorry - forgot my manners there - diving in to answer a post without saying 'good morning' first.

Am off to the farm shop shortly - need some salad and vegs. Overcast and breezy here just now - certainly cooler than yesterday. Going to be ruthless in the wardrobe after breakfast!

Well no appointments for me today, just relaxing at home.

Good luck today Swimmy.

All i'll be doing is marinating Chicken Breasts for lunch today and a bit of dusting.

Its lovely and sunny here but very windy.

Hi

They are professionals I am dealing with, specialists in dealing with Enforcement Officers and Emergency Services.

My first session is all about the M62 Coach Bombing.

I was very young at the time, my first experience of terrorism.

Like many others, you cope with it during your working life, you have to.

It is when you retire that it comes back to haunt you.

I am not looking forward to it, but it has to be done.

The flashbacks are horrendous, I will not have my life ruined.

This is the first of several to be dealt with.

I am determined to beat this, if I do not that means that the pillocks have won, and that is not going to happen.
