competition is rife
its why the boot
but deeper reasons were to strife
so much more at root.
failure to adapt
in times when all are on economise
being pound shop sandwiched left trapped
still failed to realise.
shutting 14 stores
it must be a good call
stick to where no flaws
i shop in food hall.
the decision is brutal
may say job losses won't be scoring
just like ideas from leader thats mutual
just reverse everything said by corbyn.
sad will be holloway
to survive in business ask mensa
not going camden and that dodgy alleyway
just thankful archway getting a foodhall by marks and spencer.

Nope, I will not miss it.
I am so used to seeing store after store closing, I suppose the future is online.

Exeter store to remain open so far. M&S is quite good for men's clothes (Blue Harbour) and food but that's about it.

I will miss M&S if our local branches close. I buy my trousers there.

I wonder if the mini-supermarkets in BP filling stations will stay open? I hope so, the one over the road from us comes in handy sometimes.

I always wonder who the buyers are for M&S.
They lost the plot years ago .
They seem to have forgotten their base market.
Good quality good looking clothes .
Not dowdy but not silly either youngsters can't afford to shop there even if they wanted too.

I loved Marks and Spencer. I used to take my mom there every Saturday. There were so many quality items...
