It is a bit damp around the edges here just now - but warm and sticky.

Going to have another quiet-ish day among my honourable ancestors.

Fingers crossed for good weather today....family barbecue although it's not easy barbecuing for my sister who is vegan ever tried to barbecue a lentil looking forward to it though....please don't let it rain

Good morning all, it is raining here in South Essex. Still maybe it will brighten up later, in the meantime I have a dog to walk rain or no rain.

Good morning,

We grill aubergines and zucchinis regularly and make vege sticks with paprika, onion, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. I like to make a peanut sauce with chilli and ginger to pour over the sticks.

Sunny and warm here but wet from overnight rain.

More work on the caravan this morning and maybe a bit of pottering in the garden this afternoon.

Morning all

Just been down for breakfast in the hotel, nice buffet with everything you may want, had bacon egg beans and mushrooms yum-yum.

It's cool here at Heathrow. Driver coming for us to take is into London at 9.30am for some free time before we set off back to Leeds at 1 30pm. I think driver said he's taking us to Oxford Street.

Hope weather brightens up for your barbecue Summer.

Good morning everyone dull and damp here.

I am off to a secret party for my youngest granddaughter who was 7 this week. Not sure what is happening I have just been given time to get there which will not be easy with Three Counties show traffic causing a long tail back past the end of the road.

Nope, too busy with the house.

I was collecting someone, who was bearing gifts.

They are now not arriving until Wednesday.

It is a bit of a disaster as he was going to be helping me for 3 days.

He starts work on Thursday, so my plans are shot.

This is all because of 26 French Air Traffic Controllers going on strike.
