St swithin

We all know the saying regards rain and St Swithins day,its been dry here does that bode for dry weather for 40 days? the forecast for the forthcoming week and into next weekend doesn't lend itself to that.

Hm good point, will it stay dry for 40 days as it didnt rain? No replies .so does that mean no one knows?
