About me
Hello. I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Australia, just a few minutes from the beach and a few more to the hinterland mountains. It is beautiful.
I am a Pilates Instructor, specialising with those over the age of 50. We deal with problems specific to our age group, for example, posture, balance, core strength, lower back issues and pelvic floor problems. I have researched pertinent information around these topics and have also developed a website which is full of useful information about exercises and stretches with lots of pics and short 2 minute videos to guide and instruct.
My Interests
Pilates, Bushwalking, Gardening, Reading, Eating and Drinking with Friends.
