I'm 57 and live in Brighton having moved from South London with my ex-husband 20 years ago. I love Brighton although there are things I miss about South London.... I live alone and have one grown-up married son who lives back there and I don't see enough of him! I have a beautiful dog (poodle/collie X) who has become far too important to me! I have lots of friends but since having chronic health problems and losing my job I have begun to feel quite isolated. I am not often well enough to socialise much but am by nature a very sociable person so it's been tough. It would be nice to be in touch with other similar people....

My Interests

Music (was in the music business and love all sorts of music but mainly soul, reggae, punk, blues....), I read a lot but much of it is very lightweight! I am a very political animal, very left wing. My son is mixed race so I won't get on with any racists. Or sexists come to that!
