About me
I retired in 1996 and have since been pottering about. In 2013 we celebrated our Golden Wedding.
All my working life I was involved with computers having started in 1956.
Long ago, in 1939 in fact, I came to this country as a little refugee from what was then the Third Reich – having been born in Vienna. I will always be grateful to this country. It saved my life.
My Interests
I used to be a very keen swimmer - non stop 50 minutes every morning seven days a week. Unfortunately this is no longer possible. I exercise in other ways now: walking and using an exercise bicycle. I usually manage and hour a day.
