Finding life has short days and long intentions - so hard to fit everything in. I want to try lots of things and enjoy what is around me and beyond. I've travelled quite a bit and I find that each time I'm away, it changes me a little. I am on several other forums and for the most part they are Car & Bike & Boat orientated.

At 53 yrs old I've been around for quite a while. These things brought home to me when I speak to my nieces and nephew who ask me about things which happened generally before they were born.

I love my bikes and I try to use/ tour with them as much as I can. My cars, one for work/ general, and one for hobby are a great way to get involved in things and meeting folks. Wee car here. Please leave a comment.

And I love to sail. I'm restoring (with help) a yacht which I intend to use for hols etc. It's a labour of love and quite slow going but fit for sailing now and it's really just the fine detail that's left to do.

Just recently I thought I'd try to paint some pictures for my wall. Just to have something that I've done myself. It may never happen but we'll see. Looks daunting in the extreme.

Lots of other interests and hobbies and any number of things going on. I'll say no more for now or I'll have nothing left to talk about!
