I've been married since I was 20 years old to my best friend. I have two adult children (ages 24-son & 26-daughter) both married and with children of their own. I have a total of 4 grandchildren ages 6 mos to 4 years old. Two are biological and two are my DILs from a prior relationship.

Someday my husband and I hope to buy an RV and do some major traveling, but we're not retired yet. I'm 55 and my husband is 56.

I worked full time until my first child was born. I've worked a few part time jobs over the years, but nothing full time since then. I home schooled my children from about 5th grade until they entered college. Kept really busy with home school activities prior to my children leaving for college.

My son and I started a lawn care business when he was a teenager, but after he left for college and no longer interested, I had to scale back a lot. Now I only take care of a couple of lawns. That's all I can handle these days.

Would love to return to the work force part time, but trying to find something I would enjoy that would pay enough to be worth it has proven to be a bit of a challenge.

This has led to me spending too much time on forums. LOL

My Interests

Gardening (mostly flower gardens), board games, and I enjoy watching a good movie every now and then.
