I'm a comedy writer. Anything and everything from sitcom, gags, routines, stand up to character led comedy fiction. I've never voted in my life - it would simply condone the train crash. I've run lots and lots of training courses and probably trained many thousands of people - what good that was I've no idea (but I do have an inkling). I've run many facilitation sessions (before it ever became de rigueur) and promptly stopped when it fell into disrepute. My greatest achievement was opening a can of corned beef without cutting myself badly (yes, I cut myself but as I said, not badly) and my worse was being partly to blame for the ISO standard for project management (PRINCE - Projects In a Controlled Environment). Can't believe it still after all these years - I know virtually nothing about project management.

Writing. Comedy clubs. Poetry. Folk clubs. Folk music. Singing. Laughing. Wondering how I came to be fifty-four when the last time I took any notice I was thirty-four (I distinctly remember because I was trying a pair of trousers on at the time and I thought it quite novel that I was thirty-four and my waist was also thirty-four. Must add that I'm now a thirty-two waist and I lost twenty-eight pounds when I stopped drinking Guinness! Still, that's enough of the numbers game.
