I'm fairly sure DO NOT CALL and TPS aren't called again. As for NO ANSWER I have no idea what the system does with that.

The 'computer guys' don't work in the call centre. I've never even seen one.

Indicating that you're not interested won't stop them calling you again next time they have an offer. You have to tell them that you're on TPS.
