The only heating in my bedroom is a plug in radiator.I put that on to warm the room a hour before bedtime, plus a hotwater bottle an bedsocks.Sometimes I leave the socks off as get to hot.lol.

I had one a few years ago although I hadnt broken any bones.But the scan found out I had got Osteoporosis.Then I was given tablets to take.But after 5 years I stopped the tablets.

I brought one from Dunelm, s works ok for cleaning round bird cage an small jobs.Only thing I don, t like about it is taking it apart to empty it.So hard to puĺl it apart.
