Have read that lentils are good for all the organs in the body.

I've not had lentils (or barley) since I left home to get married ...my grandma and my mother always used them

Red and green lentils Nom? My lentils are a sort of orange and tiny round things in shape. Supposed to be simmered for around 15 mins before using.

What are the red and green ones please?
