Slow News Day

Today has been a "slow news day", is this better than a "fast news day", is no news good news, should folks appriciate nowt is going on, and wallow in the relative calm?.

You need days like this to help you absorb all the bad news, it's a kind of natural digestion break, but don't lie back and relax your guard, remember the calm before the storm, tomorrow will hit us with something shocking again, mark my words.
