Hi AC, in the UK crisps are thin slices of potato fried until they are "crisp" whereas potato chips are finger shaped pieces of potato fried until they are soft on the inside but slightly crisp on the outside.....and there you have it.

In other words the difference between chips and fries in North America and McDonalds.
I like both Autumn. I like cheese and onion crisps but I also
have a nice box of Thorntons classic chocolates which has both
milk, dark and white coloured chocolate.
I don't snack a lot but those are my preferred ones.
Can't eat it these days but salty and sweet together are lovely, sainsburys used to do a salty peanut and caramel ice cream mmmmmm... or chocolate coated salty pretzels even more mmmmmmmm..
