What's Putin up to?

I'm confused. You must have seen video today released by Putin of Russian pilots destroying convoys of ISIS oil tankers on either side of the Turkey/Syrian border.

Our lot have had months and months to do something about the oil financing ISIS yet here comes Putin, only a few weeks after entering the fray, spots 120,000 trucks carrying oil and blows them to smithereens.

Well at least,this time, it wasn't civilians! He has his own agenda in all this. It will become clear in time, worrying...

Putin says there is no proof of innocents being killed but Amnesty International says they have proof that at least 200 people have died after cluster bombs were used in civilian areas. Hard to know who or what to believe.

It wasn't so long ago the yanks bombed a civilian hospital in Afghanistan,there is no moral compass to judge by.

Absolutely, and we were all guilty of collateral damage done in Iraq and Afghanistan wars, horrible term that - collateral damage - sounds unimportant.

I know that President Obama is getting a lot of negative press in the US for not being more aggressive, he's perceived as weak and timid, it makes me think if the Republicans get in, they will follow Bush's lead and rush in again with all guns blazing.
