Fitness Goals!
Ok, there is far too much talk of ill health on this forum
, sos I gonna post how much exercise I take each day and also display my race results (will be racing when close to my racing weight).
My goal - get down to my racing weight quickly - 9s 6lb.
My running goals - try to get a Welsh vest for my age group.
Might shock you to see what a body can do with the right nutrition.
Off now for my first run of the day - 6 miles easy.
