Doctors

Why are we seeing so much of the family and their problems of new nurse Ayesha, the gobby insolent one? Immediately she came on to the show scrip writers were bombarding us with stories of her drunkard of a mum, her vulnerable little sister, another sister, a nephew Maxie et al.

Now, be honest, how can you get to like, sympathise or empathise with a totally new, and in my opinion unlikeable, character?!

Isn't it a case of too much too soon?

Your username + the title of this thread - sorry I couldn't resist:-

Hello central give me Doctor Jazz
She's got what I need, I'll say she has
When the world goes wrong and I've got the blues
She's the gal who makes me put on both my dancin' shoes

The more I get, the more I want it soon
I see Doctor Jazz in all my dreams
When I'm in trouble bounds are mixed
She's the gal who gets me fixed
Hello central give me Doctor Jazz

Re: Doctors

Well and good if you like that sort of stuff on TV Jazzi, there are enough members of the medical profession in my family to keep me informed about all the latest diseases and procedures without watching more on TV thank you very much.

Re: Doctors

I used to watch Doctors but gave it up a few years ago when the story lines became pathetic.

How some of the scripts get approved I'll never know!!

I actually agree with you there Carol, but I try to stick with it. Even some of the supporting cast leave a lot to be desired.
