Re: Jet lag
Last year came back from adelade Australia . I think we travelled from start to finish for 30 hours with waiting flying changing planes etc , then on arrival to uk it was bank holiday and we took 3.5 hours to get home by taxi to dorset . I was frazzled , it's not a journey I would do again in a hurry. It took me a week to ground myselfRe: Jet lag
I highly recommend the homeopathic medication No Jet Lag. My wife and I have been using it for years and it works wonderfully. We're able to adapt to the local times when we travel much more quickly when we use it. We're also not dazed and confused when we arrive. They have a website that tells you where you can get it. It's nojetlag.com.Thread Tools | |
