Re: Hot bloodied?
When younger I could sit in the sun for hours. When we were kids we lived in aden, terrifically high temperatures, we could not walk on the sand as feet would get scorched. We never had sun protection. So I was a sun lover. I'm happier when the sun is out and the light is good , but now 10 minutes sitting in the sun is enough and I have to wear a hatRe: Hot bloodied?
I hate cold and damp, I like to be warm. Iīve never been a sunbather, I find it very boring just sitting or lying in the sun, I like to be on the move. The heat is fine, itīs the humidity that wears me out. We are forecast the hottest summer ever (remains to be seen), we are already getting temperatures of 36C and not too humid at the present time. I find it easier to cool down than to get warm. Getting warm means putting the heating on, in the house we have fans and air con in every room, although keeping the blinds down keeps the house cool, we also have the pool and a shower by the pool, so much easier to get cool than to get warm.Thread Tools | |
