You may be right but it's a very expensive thing and would it make any difference at the end of the day. The press and police sort of have to have an unhealthy relationship to work.

No Julie darlin' I think you misunderstand the issue. Leveson was inquiring into the Press's 'unhealthy' relationship with politicians and in particular Ministers. They have access to and can afford to employ lobbyists,who have a direct connection to Government Ministers, which potentially leaves them open to bribery and corruption scandals - it is this Leveson wanted answers to and to bring it all to a halt.

Way it was described earlier on the radio is enquiry into press and police connections. Perhaps it's both ?
