I fear I would say Bugger Um, I would overlook the many deserving folks because I would be focusing on the many shitholes out there who would continue consuming on others behalf, without questioning. That is not their fault, but my bias.

well...I would not get a face lift because for the first time in my life I wouln't worry and stress over how I'm going to get by...no wrinkles. Buy food, toilet paper, fill gas tank in car and go see the ocean.

I've always quite fancied turning up at our local hospital and saying "Here's £10million pounds, spend it on the doctors', nurses' and patients' comfort".
