I bet it will be difficult to cleanse this ship of the virus and bugs. Imagine the mattresses and carpets other furnishings .. scarey
I don't think viruses and bugs live too long without a host Susan. The ships I've been on are scrupulously clean. I think it's the passengers that bring stuff on board, and it goes round like wildfire. Fortunately most companies are experts at getting it under control quickly. I do think this coronavirus is unusually prevalent.

All the cruised ships I have been on you won't get to a dining area without squirting bacterial liquid from containers just outside the eating area. They actually have someone watching to make sure you do
I don't think you will find anywhere else more fastidiousness. It is a fabulous ship to be on
Having been on this particual ship everywhere was absolutely spotless even down to the Art gallery
