Re: Lets talk about the eye shall we. . .
The left eye would seem more of a worry to me, and if it was my decision then I think I'd concentrate on getting the best result for the right eye in case, god forbid, the left eye failed to repair itself....Re: Lets talk about the eye shall we. . .
Yes, the left eye is the one that is 'bothering' me at the moment as the symptoms change, but nothing can be done to stop what (if) anything happens at this time. With the cataract, I'm waiting for the call to have the 'meet and greet' (Canadian term for meeting with a specialist for the 1st time where you set up the appointment to actually do the proceedure) and this could take up to 6 mos to happen and then the wait for surgery time (who knows the wait time for that!). Yes, I been told that after the cataract is gone, sight is wonderful again. They do wonderful work for detached retinas now too (my brother recently) and I am fortunate to currently live in a city that has wonderful doctors specializing in eye issues.Re: Lets talk about the eye shall we. . .

Well, the eye is feeling somewhat better today. Noticed the improvement starting yesterday. No flashes for about a week now and the 'floaters' are lessening too along with the puffy feeling. Maybe its healing itself again. 4 weeks till I see the eye doctor for this. Still waiting to hear from the cateract specialist.Re: Lets talk about the eye shall we. . .
I can't wait any longer. I have to know. There is 'something' with the eye showing at the bottom for the past couple of days. My eye doctor is coming in early (8:15am) to have 'look see'. I need to know the worry has me thinking all the 'what ifs' and now the weekend is coming. Those who believe in prayer, add me to your list please.
