Bisciuts

Guide to eating fewer biscuits:

1. Only eat 1 biscuit
2. Don't have another
3. Okay just 1 more
4. Stop now
5. You've eaten all the biscuits

That's true Swim. They are far too tempting. Halloween soon so will have to buy a big tin of sweets, then eat them all after no one has knocked.

That's the answer Gibbs .

I do however have something to nibble on when I get a 'must have' moment, sticks of celery, carrot or an almond.

Re: Bisciuts

I don't eat biscuits now, as they're too moreish.
I have one frangipane for elevenses.
I think maybe that equals about four biscuits though...

Exactly. Don't buy them in the first place (although I do...I couldn't imagine my afternoon coffee with two chocolate digestives!)
